The Colburn School and the American Viola Society are proud to present the Primrose International Viola Competition^®from June 10 through 16, 2018. All live rounds will take place at the Colburn School in Los Angeles, California. This prestigious competition occurs once every 4 years.

“The St. Thomas Concert Series presents the Southern California Viola Choir in a concert entitled ‘From the Canyons to the Stars: Meditations on Music and Poetry, from the Terrestrial to the Cosmological.’ The concert features music by Josquin des Prez, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Jeffrey Parola, Alban Berg, Hildegard von Bingen, Ryan Davis, Olivier Messiaen, Paul Coletti, and more. A reception follows the performance in the Parish Hall.”
